Privacy notice
This notice explains how ZyonPay collects and uses your personal information when you visit zyonpay.co.uk or request an introduction. We keep it short and plain, and we only collect what we need.
Who we are
ZyonPay is a trading name of Eenera Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 17174636), registered office 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF. Eenera Ltd is the controller of the personal information described in this notice.

What we collect
When you request an introduction, we collect the details you choose to give us:
- your first and last name, email address and, optionally, phone number;
- your country of residence and, if relevant, your company name;
- whether you are enquiring as an individual or a company, your area of interest and expected monthly volume;
- the subject and message you write to us.
Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers automatically receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it, and why
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange an introduction. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
- To assess whether our services suit your needs, for example which countries and currencies you pay in. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
- To keep our website secure and working, including filtering spam. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
We will not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who help us run this website and receive enquiries: our form provider (Formspree), our website host, and the providers that deliver our fonts and website code. They act on our instructions.
- Our regulated payment provider, but only if you decide to apply for an account. Opening an account involves identity and compliance checks, and the provider will give you its own privacy information at that stage.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards required by UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
If you don't go on to open an account, we keep your enquiry for up to 12 months from our last contact, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the relationship and our legal obligations require.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email us at the address above. We'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
